Consumer startups The Souled Store, Haus & Kinder, Nat Habit in talks to raise funding

Mumbai-based pop-culture apparel and lifestyle brand ‘The Souled Store’ is reportedly exploring an INR 300-400 crore pre-IPO funding round, with WhiteOak Capital, Abakkus and other investors in early-stage discussions.Founded in 2014, The Souled Store is a pop-culture lifestyle brand offering licensed and original merchandise across apparel, footwear, accessories and other lifestyle products.Mumbai-based home and baby essentials firm Haus & Kinder is in the process of raising INR 150 crore. Venture capital firm Sauce.vc is likely to increase its investment.Founded in 2018, Haus & Kinder is focused on modern, design-led home and baby products, with its positioning centred around quality and contemporary aesthetics.Gurugram-based beauty and wellness brand Nat Habit is preparing to raise about INR 150 crore, with reported interest from investors including Hero Enterprise.Founded in 2018, Nat Habit follows a fresh-Ayurveda approach, producing its formulations in an Ayurvedic kitchen and positioning them as natural, preservative-free beauty and wellness products.

Between Nov 2018 and Mar 2023, The Souled Store had attracted about USD 36 M from Alteria Capital, Elevation Capital, RPSG Capital Ventures, Xponentia Capital, and others.For FY25, The Souled Store had reported about INR 492 Cr in Operating Income and about INR 11 Cr in PAT.In Nov 2025, Haus and Kinder had attracted about USD 3 M from Sauce VC and others.For FY25, Haus and Kinder had reported about INR 73 Cr in Operating Income and about INR 8 Cr in Net Loss.Between Jan 2020 and Feb 2024, Nat Habit had attracted about USD 18 M from Peak XV Partners, Whiteboard Capital, Amazon, Bertelsmann India Investments, Fireside Ventures, Stride Ventures, and others.For FY25, Nat Habit had reported about INR 106 Cr in Operating Income and about INR 29 Cr in Net Loss.
