Continuum Green Energy promoters to buy out Morgan Stanley's 26% stake

The promoters of Mumbai-based Continuum Green Energy are to acquire the 26% stake held by Morgan Stanley Infrastructure Partners, marking the US investor's exit after more than a decade in the renewable energy company.

In Jun-12, Morgan Stanley had acquired a 51% stake in Continuum Green Energy. Other investors in the company include Just Climate, CPPIB, Olympus Capital and IFC.
