Convergent Finance sells Welspun India shares worth Rs.80-Cr; registers 0.61x return

Convergent Finance has sold a less than 1% stake in publicly-listed Welspun India Ltd realising INR 88.82 crore. Post the sale, Convergent holds a 0.32% stake in the company.
