Conversation intelligence s'ware maker Wingman acquired by US-based Clari

US-based revenue operations platform Clari has acquired Bengaluru-based CRM & Sales focused Software-as-a-Service (Saas) platform Wingman. Post-deal, the startup has been rebranded as ‘Wingman by Clari'. The acquisition will enable Clari to leverage Wingman's conversation intelligence technology to provide insights to clients and structure data available within the organisation. Clari will deploy Wingman's AI systems to streamline communication between different verticals of the business. Wingman joins real-life sales calls to record, transcribe and analyse them and provide actionable insights that help companies improve their deal win rates, sales processes and playbooks.
