Conversational AI platform Rifa AI raises $1-M to to scale ops in North America
Bangalore- and San Francisco, CA (USA)-based Conversational AI platform Rifa AI has raised a USD 1.1 million in a round led by Seaborne Capital to expand internationally and improve its technology.The Nasscom- and FalconX-backed Rifa AI will use the fund to scale its operations in North America and advance its AI platform for call centres. It also plans to build modular, scalable and compliant voice solutions for healthcare and financial services.
