Conversational AI solutions provider for hospitals Voiceoc raises Rs.3-Cr
Delhi-based Voiceoc, a conversational AI solutions provider for hospitals, has raised INR 3 crore from BioAngels, an initiative of Indian Angel Network (IAN). The round also saw participation from SucSEED Indovation. With this investment, Voiceoc will expand its team in tech, sales and marketing divisions. Voiceoc also intends to use the capital to boost product development initiatives, scale its marketing, and strengthen footprint in the Middle-East market. The platform aims to help hospitals, diagnostics labs and clinics address consumers' pain points by enabling increased appointment bookings and providing quick and personalized support to patients.
