Cornerstone exits retail analytics startup Intelligence Node
SaaS-focused venture capital firm Cornerstone Ventures has exited from Mumbai-based retail analytics company Intelligence Node , following the company’s acquisition - valued at USD 100 million (INR 849.5 crore), including integration costs - by global advertising conglomerate Interpublic Group (IPG). This also marks the second exit for Cornerstone Ventures’ Fund I, which first invested in Intelligence Node in 2019.Founded in 2012, Intelligence Node has developed a suite of artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning-based tools to help businesses optimise their digital shelf presence and pricing strategies.
Between June 2014 and July 2019, Intelligence Node had raised about USD 10 M from Orios VP, BlackSoil Capital, NEA, Cornerstone Venture Partners and MegaDelta Capital.
