CPPIB’s acquisition of stake in Ctrl S Datacenters gets CCI nod
The Competition Commission of India (CCI) has cleared the proposal by Canada Pension Plan Investment Board (via CPPIB India Private Holdings) to acquire a stake in New Delhi-based Ctrl S Datacenters .Ctrl S Datacenters provides colocation and data center services alongside managed services such as backup, remote IT infrastructure, GPU private cloud, and cloud optimisation.
In Oct 2008, CtrlS Data Centers had attracted about USD 50 M from Och-Ziff and others.For FY25, CtrlS Data Centers had reported about INR 1,562 Cr in Operating Income and about INR 201 Cr in PAT.
