CPPIB sells 2.8% stake in logistics co Delhivery for Rs.908-Cr
The Canada Pension Plan Investment Board (CPPIB) has divested a 2.8% stake (2,04,50,000 shares) in publicly listed, Gurugram-based supply chain and logistics firm Delhivery for INR 908.59 crore. The shares were sold at an average price of INR 444.30 via an open market transaction. After the transaction, CPPIB's shareholding in the firm has declined to 3.16% from 5.96%.In September 2019, CPPIB had bought an 8% stake in Delhivery for USD 115 million.
