CreditAccess Asia sells CreditAccess Grameen shares worth Rs.1,121-Cr; registers 12.19x

CreditAccess Asia has sold a 5.76% stake in publicly-listed CreditAccess Grameen Ltd. (earlier known as Grameen Koota) realising INR 1,121.29 crore. Post the sale, CreditAccess Asia holds a 67.92% stake in the company.

From the Venture Intelligence PE-VC Deal Database: Between Oct 2009 and Mar 2018, CreditAcces Asia invested over INR 1,200 crore in CreditAccess Grameen Ltd. The company went public in Aug 2018 and CreditAccess Asia made a part exit as part of the IPO.
