Cricketer Rohit Sharma joins fitness startup FITTR as equity partner
Pune-headquartered fitness startup FITTR has onboarded cricketer Rohit Sharma as an investor and equity partner. Sharma previously served as the brand ambassador for the firm.Founded in 2016 by Jitendra Chouksey, FITTR runs a health and fitness platform. The firm plans to use this partnership to support the development and expansion of its preventive health offerings.
Between Apr 2020 and Dec 2023, Fittr had attracted about $17-M from Dream Capital, Elysian Park Ventures, Peak XV Partners, Rainmatter Capital and others.
