Cricketer Virat Kohli joins US wellness tech co Hyperice as investor
Indian cricketer Virat Kohli has invested in Hyperice, an Irvine, California-headquartered global high-performance wellness brand as it begins its expansion into India and continues its growth throughout the globe. He will also be among the firm's brand ambassadors. Kohli has joined elite global athlete-investors in the company, including football star Erling Haaland, four-time tennis Grand Slam champion Naomi Osaka, Super Bowl MVP Patrick Mahomes, NBA Star Ja Morant and PGA TOUR champion Rickie Fowler. Hyperice was founded in 2010 by Anthony Katz, who worked closely with numerous professional athletes and teams to kick start a movement around performance recovery technology.
