Cricketer Virat Kohli ups stake in Agilitas Sports from 1.8% to 6.4%

Virat Kohli has increased his stake in Agilitas Sports from 1.8% to 6.4% following the National Company Law Tribunal’s (NCLT’s) approval of the merger between One8 Sports and Agilitas Sports. Kohli, who had invested INR 40-Cr in the firm, will continue as a co-founder of One8 and remain involved in the brand’s development.One8, a sportswear brand, was founded with the aim of building a global sportswear presence originating from India. The merger with Agilitas Sports provides the brand access to internal capabilities across research and development, product design, manufacturing, and retail.The company plans to use these integrated resources to expand into new sporting categories. It also intends to grow its market presence in the US, UK, Canada, and Australia.
