CRM platform for SMEs Superfone raises $1.9 M led by YourNest VC
Bengaluru-based CRM mobile application startup has raised USD 1.9 million (around INR 15.71 crore) in a pre-Series A funding round led by YourNest with an investment of USD 950,000, with participation from Ankur Capital, Finsight Seed Fund, and a consortium of angel investors.The fresh proceeds will be used to acquire national-level telecom licences, strengthen engineering and product teams with senior hires, and scale customer acquisition efforts.Founded in 2021 by Pradeep Dodle and Nikhil Goenka, SuperFone offers a CRM platform designed for small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) that includes features such as business mobile numbers, automated replies, call recording, customer tags, and reminders.
In July 2021, Superfone had raised about USD 2 M from Ankur Capital, Sparrow Capital, and Xeed Ventures.For FY24, Superfone had reported about INR 1 Cr in Operating Income and about INR 3 Cr in Net Loss.
