CRM software firm CRMnext raises $16-M from Avataar Ventures, Ascent Capital
CRMnext, a Noida-headquartered digital and customer experience transformation platform for enterprise banks and financial service providers globally, has raised a Series B funding of USD 16 million co-led by Avataar Ventures and Ascent Capital. CRMnext has offices in 11 countries including the US, and in West Asia, Africa and Southeast Asia. It has a team of about 1,000 people and plans to double it in three years. The company serves 100 global enterprises in the banking and insurance space.
