Cross-border investing co. Stockal raises Rs.20-Cr in bridge round

Bengaluru-headquartered Stockal , a cross-border investing platform (now called Borderless Softtech Pvt Ltd), has received INR 20 crore in bridge funding from new and existing investors. The round was led by an investor syndicate of Equirus Credence Family Office and also saw participation from July Ventures and others. Talks are on for a Series B round to raise INR 120 crore to take the expanded offering of the firm to market.Stockal helps Indian and Middle Eastern investors access global markets, particularly US stocks and Exchange Traded Funds. It provides a platform for investing in these securities directly, through custom international portfolios, or via "stacks," which are pre-built, themed investment options. Stockal also facilitates cross-border money transfers, reporting, and distribution, and provides investing education.
