Crowdfunding startup Impact Guru to raise Rs.35-Cr from Sony, HealthQuad
Mumbai-based crowdfunding platform Impact Guru is raising INR 35 crore (about $4.7 M) in its Series B round from Japan-headquartered electronics and entertainment giant Sony as well as the healthcare-focused venture capital fund HealthQuad. The startup is raising INR 5.55 Cr from Sony Group (in exchange for 1.80 Lakh Series B compulsorily convertible preference shares ot CCPS), and INR 29.59 Cr from HealthQuad.
From the Venture Intelligence PE-VC Deal Database: Between Sep-17 and Apr-21, Impact Guru had raised about USD 9.42 M (INR 67.90 Cr) from Beyond Next Ventures, Dream Incubator, Apis Partners, Shorooq Investments, Currae Healthtech Fund, RB Investments and Others.
