Culture-tech platform MeMeraki attracts funding from Next Bharat Ventures
Gurugram-based culture-tech platform MeMeraki has raised funding from Next Bharat Ventures, an impact investment arm backed by Suzuki Motor Corporation.Founded in 2019 by Yosha Gupta, MeMeraki integrates heritage research, digital storytelling, curated commerce, and large-scale B2B (business-to-business) cultural projects by working with artisans across India. The company also has an enterprise vertical that delivers art installations, murals, campaigns, and cultural advisory projects for corporates, public institutions, and global organisations.The new funds will be used to strengthen its technology platform, expand distribution and enterprise partnerships, and enable artisan-led economic expansion. The firm also intends to expand retail distribution across online and physical channels and deepen its work with artisan communities through structured onboarding, design support, and research-led content creation.
In Jul 2022, MeMeraki had raised funding from NICE Angels.
