Customer experience analytics platform Clootrack raises $4-M from Inventus, IAN Fund, others

US-headquartered and Kochi-based customer experience analytics platform Clootrack has raised USD 4 million in a Series A round led by Inventus Capital with participation from existing investors Unicorn India Ventures, IAN Fund, Salamander Excubator Angel Fund (SEA Fund) and others. With this round, Clootrack has raised a total of USD 4.6 million. The firm will use the fresh funds for product development, market expansion in the US and to hire talent. Founded by Shameel Abdulla and Subbakrishna Rao in 2017, Clootrack claims to be a smart customer experience analytics platform made for enterprises seeking higher customer retention rate. The startup claims to help its clients address their customers' concern 10x faster while reducing the cost incurred to address such issues by 85%
