Customer request mgmt platform OneDios raises $1.2 M from IAN, LetsVenture, others
Noida-based OneDios, an aggregator platform for customer service requests, has raised USD 1.2 million in a round led by Indian Angel Network (IAN), LetsVenture, HNIs including Bhanu Chopra, Akash Bhansali and the Haldiram Group. The startup will use the funds to double the size of its product portfolio, to hire tech talent and experts for its overall growth. Started in 2019 by Nitin Chawla, OneDios seeks to provide brands and their end consumers with a seamless experience of raising any request.
