Customer support s'ware firm SaaS Labs raises $17-M
Noida-based SaaS Labs, a cloud-based automation platform, has raised USD 17 million as a part of its Series A funding from Base 10 Partners and Eight Roads Ventures. The company will use the funds to expand its customer base, hire talent and release new products and services. Founded in 2016 by Gaurav Sharma, SaaS Labs builds productivity and business process automation software for small businesses. It builds products for sales, customer support and marketing teams as well as contact centres. SaaS Labs currently has two main products — Justcall and Helpwise. Justcall allows small businesses to quickly set up a cloud-based contact centre for sales and customer support, integrating more than 70 other business tools. Helpwise allows users to consolidate all communication streams in a single shared inbox — thus, improving the quality and efficiency of customer support teams.
