CVC sells cancer care chain HCG shares worth Rs.552-Cr

CVC Capital Partners, via Aceso Company Pte Ltd., has sold Healthcare Global Enterprises shares worth INR 551.96 Cr via two bulk deals on the NSE.In the first sale, Aceso Company Pte Ltd. sold 1,641,913 equity shares at INR 695.01 per share aggregating to INR 114.11 crore. In the second transaction, Aceso sold 6,300,000 equity shares at INR 695.00 per share aggregating to INR 437.85 crore.

Between June 2020 and June 2023, CVC Capital Partners had acquired a majority stake in publicly listed HealthCare Global Enterprises Ltd. through preferential allotment and public market purchases. In Feb-25, it made a partial exit as part of fellow PE investor KKR's acquisition of a 54% stake in HCG.
