CX Partners exits Barbeque Nation by selling shares worth Rs.669-Cr, registers 4x return

CX Partners has sold shares worth INR 669.21 crore of publicly listed Barbeque-Nation Hospitality Ltd. on Apr 6, 2022 through bulk deals on NSE. The sales constitute a 14.79% stake in the company.

From the Venture Intelligence PE-VC Deal Database: In Mar 2013, CX Partners invested INR 110 Cr for 29.73% stake in the target. Subsequently it invested more. The company got listed in Mar 2021 at INR 500 per share.
