CX Partners sells addl Sapphire Foods shares worth Rs.76-Cr, registers 2.4x return

CX Partners, via Fennel Pvt Ltd, has sold 629,699 equity shares (0.99% stake) at INR 1,200 per share of publicly-listed Sapphire Foods Ltd on Feb 2, 2023 through a bulk deal on the NSE. The sale aggregates to INR 75.56 crore. Post the sale, the investor would hold 417,860 equity shares (0.66% stake) in the company.

From the Venture Intelligence PE-VC Deal Database: Between Jul 2015 and Aug 2021, Sapphire Foods had raised over INR 2,000 crore from Goldman Sachs, Samara Capital, IDI Emerging Markets, CX Partners, Edelweiss Private Equity, NewQuest, TR Capital and Creador Capital.
