CX Partners sells addnl Ujjivan Financial shares worth Rs.96-Cr, registers 1.8x return

CX Partners has sold shares worth INR 96 crore work shares in publicly listed Ujjivan Financial Services Ltd. on Aug 2, 2021 through a bulk deal on the NSE. Post the latest sale, CX Partners would hold a 3.51% stake in the company.

From the Venture Intelligence PE-VC Deal Database: In Jan 2015, CX Partners invested INR 199.95 crore in the target. The company went public in May 2016 at an IPO price of INR 210 per share.
