CX Partners sells Ujjivan Financial shares worth Rs.23 Cr, registers 1.6x return

CX Partners sold shares worth INR 23 crore in publicly listed Ujjivan Financial Services Ltd. (UFS) on Aug 31, 2021 through a bulk deal on the NSE. Post the latest sale (representing a 1.21% stake), CX Partners would hold a balance 1.87% stake in UFS.

From the Venture Intelligence PE-VC Deal Database: In Jan 2015, CX Partners had invested INR 199.95 crore in UFS. The company went public in May 2016.
