CX Platform Gnani.ai raises Rs.68-Cr led by Aavishkaar Capital
Bengaluru-based Gnani.ai has raised INR 68 crore (USD 7.17 million) in a funding round led by Aavishkaar Capital.Founded in 2016 by Ganesh Gopalan and Ananth Nagaraj, Gnani.ai provides a voice-first generative AI platform for enterprises to automate customer interactions across channels such as voice, chat, and messaging. The company offers a no-code, omnichannel AI suite that includes capabilities like conversational automation, agent assist, voice biometrics, and analytics.The fresh funding will be used by the company to scale its voice AI platform, strengthen product capabilities, and expand its enterprise footprint across domestic and international markets.
Between Jul-19 and Jul-24, Gnani.AI had attracted about USD 5.79 M from Samsung Ventures and Info Edge.For FY25, Gnani.AI had reported about INR 53.87 Cr in Operating Income and about INR 3.19Cr in PAT.
