CX platform Gnani.ai receives $3-M from Info Edge
Bengaluru-based GenAI startup Gnani.ai has received funding of INR 25 crore (USD 3 million) from Info Edge.Founded in 2017 by Ganesh Gopalan and Ananth Nagaraj, Gnani.ai’s customer experience platform helps automate conversations with its ‘Automate365’ virtual assistant.The fresh capital will be used to expand its operations and increase sales.
