Cyber resilience platform Mitigata raises $15-M led by Bessemer Venture Partners
Bengaluru-based Mitigata has raised USD 15 million in a Series B funding round led by Bessemer Venture Partners. The transaction saw participation also from existing investors Nexus Venture Partners, Titan Capital, and WEH Ventures.Founded in 2023 by Sarthak Dubey, Mohit Anand, Mayank Morya, and Akshit Kaushik, Mitigata operates as a cyber-resilience firm. Its platform integrates AI-powered security operations, cyber risk intelligence, compliance automation, incident response, and cyber insurance into a unified system. The company serves more than 800 organisations across banking, financial services, healthcare, manufacturing, technology, and e-commerce sectors.Mitigata plans to use the new funds to expand in the Middle East, North Africa, and Southeast Asia, followed by plans for US exposure. Additionally, the capital will support investments in AI-native cybersecurity products, the expansion of its Security Operations Centre capabilities, and the growth of its engineering and research teams.
Between Aug 2024 and Jul 2025, Mitigata had attracted about $ 8 M from Nexus Venture Partners, Titan Capital and WEH Ventures.For FY25, Mitigata had reported about INR 3 Cr in Operating Income and about INR 3 Cr in Net Loss.
