Cyber security startup Satark AI raises pre-seed round
Ahmedabad-based cyber security startup Satark AI has raised an undisclosed amount in a pre-seed funding round from Infynno Solutions, on convertible notes at a USD 3 million cap.Founded in June 2025 by Rutvij Vora, Hitaishu Vora, and Kaivashin Sethna, Satark AI offers an autonomous cyber leadership infrastructure designed to replicate and augment CISO level decision-making. The platform integrates with existing tools and frameworks to provide continuous governance, compliance, and risk oversight with human-in-the-loop accountability, functioning through a network of intelligent agents covering policy, risk, compliance, threat, and governance.The fresh funds will be used to accelerate the development of its autonomous cyber leadership infrastructure, specifically its new AI-powered layer that enhances the roles of CISOs and governance teams.
