Cybersecurity startup Satark raises pre-seed round at $4-M valuation
Ahmedabad-based cybersecurity startup Satark AI has raised pre-seed funding at USD 4 million valuation through convertible notes from angel investors.Founded in 2025 by Rutvij Vora, Hitaishu Vora, and Kaivashin Sethna, Satark AI helps manage cybersecurity by working with current security tools to lessen unnecessary alerts and turn scattered information into clear business risk decisions. The platform claims to provide tailored value across roles, offering guidance for developers, prioritisation for analysts, real-time risk visibility for CISOs, and business impact insights for leaders.The new funds will be used to run structured pilots with enterprise-grade and growth-stage companies, validating the platform’s impact on security operations and executive decision-making.
In Oct 2025, Satark AI had raised funding from Infynno Solutions on convertible notes at a USD 3 million valuation.
