D2C brand WickedGüd raises $1-M from NB Ventures, Mumbai Angels, other angels

D2C food brand WickedGüd (operated by Mumbai-based 100Percent Nourishment Pvt. Ltd.) has raised USD 1 million led by Mumbai Angels (which invested USD 350,000). Other investors included NB Ventures, Dholakia Ventures, Jalaj Dani Family Office, Ashutosh Valani & Priyank Shah (Founders – Renee Cosmetics, ex-Beardo), Ravi Shroff (MD – Excel Industries Ltd), Ravi Nigam (ex-MD – Tasty Bite), Ashwini Deshpande (Co-founder – Elephant Design), Jorge Fernandez Vidal (Investment Director – Liechtenstein Group) and Akshay Gurnani (CEO – Schbang), among others. The fresh capital raised will be used for brand and community building across D2C channels, acquiring more customers online by resonating with the GenZ and young millennials to support its growth, strengthening the core team and international expansion.
