D2C fresh produce delivery startup Fraazo raises $28-M from WestBridge, Sixth Sense
Mumbai-based direct-to-consumer (D2C) fresh food startup Fraazo is raising INR 210.9 crore (approx USD 28.2 million) in a fresh round of funding from WestBridge, Sixth Sense Ventures, Exponentially I Mobility LLP among others. WestBridge will lead with INR 191 crore while existing investor Sixth Sense will invest INR 5 crore. The startup will use the funds for expanding its business operations and to augment funds for long term financial resources. Fraazo is based on a farm-to-fork model where it owns the entire back-end supply chain starting with farmers. The startup is at present operational in Mumbai and Hyderabad.
