D2C healthcare products firm Fullife raises Rs.300-Cr Series D

Mumbai-based D2C health and wellness startup Fullife Healthcare has raised INR 300 Cr (USD 32 M) in a Series D round led by Elev8 Venture Partners.Founded in 2011 by Varun Khanna, Fullife Healthcare offers products across hydration, metabolic health, sports nutrition, and beauty wellness including effervescent tablets, protein supplements, pre-workout supplements, serums, face masks, glutathione, and keratin effervescent tablets through its active nutrition brand Fast&Up, beauty nutrition brand Chicnutrix, and hangover relief brand NightOut.The new funds will be used to expand its dietary supplements brands, enter new wellness segments such as digestive health, sleep support, and protein-based nutrition, scale manufacturing and distribution capabilities, enhance retail presence and digital channels, and invest in new delivery formats and product innovation.

Between Oct 2013 and Dec 2021, Fullife Healthcare had attracted about USD 37 M from Kotak Alternate, Rare Enterprises, Sixth Sense Ventures, Amansa Capital, Morgan Stanley and others.For FY25, Fullife Healthcare had reported about INR 100 Cr in Operating Income and about INR 6 Cr in PAT.
