D2C lifestyle brand DailyObjects in talks to raise Rs.350-Cr led by Xponentia, Anicut Capital
Gurugram-based DailyObjects is in talks to raise INR 350 crore in a funding round led by Xponentia Capital and Anicut Capital. The transaction, which is expected to value the company at about INR 1,000 crore, will include a mix of primary and secondary share sales by existing investors. The Rainmaker Group is advising on the transaction.Founded in 2012 by Pankaj Garg and Saurav Adlakha, the company offers a range of lifestyle and tech accessories, including phone cases, watch accessories, charging solutions, laptop sleeves, and organisers.The company plans to use the primary capital to expand its product line and distribution access to reach a wider customer base.
Between Jun 2012 and Mar 2026, DailyObjects had attracted about USd 16 M from 360 ONE, Roots Ventures, Seedfund, Unilazer Ventures, and others.For FY25, DailyObjects had reported about INR 110 Cr in Operating Income and about INR 16 Cr in Net loss.
