D2C menswear brand DaMENSCH raises Rs.17.4-Cr from from A91 Partners, others
Bengaluru-based DaMENSCH has raised INR 17.4 crore from A91 Partners and Tancom Electronics via CCPS at an approximately INR 600 crore valuation. Following this investment, A91 Partners remains the largest shareholder with a 22.45 percent stake, while Z47 holds 12.76 percent. Saama Capital and Whiteboard Capital hold 11.14 percent and 9.61 percent, respectively. The co-founders retain 10.87 percent stakes each.Founded in 2018 by Anurag Saboo and Gaurav Pushkar, DaMENSCH provides a range of men’s innerwear, casualwear and daily essentials via its own website and online marketplaces. The firm plans to use the new funds to meet operational requirements and fuel future business growth.
Between Nov 2018 and Apr 2024, DaMENSCH had attracted about $ 32 M from Whiteboard Capital, Saama Capital, Z47, A91 Partners, Alteria Capital and others.For FY25, DaMENSCH had reported about INR 118 Cr in Operating Income and about INR 57 Cr in Net Loss.
