D2C personal care brand Pilgrim raises Rs.13-Cr from Fireside, Rukam Capital, others
Mumbai-based direct-to-consumer (D2C) beauty and personal care brand Pilgrim has raised INR 13 crore as part of its Series A fundraise led by Fireside Venture and Rukam Capital. Other investors who participated in the round include members of the founding teams of Boat and NoBroker, along with Prabhkiran Singh, founder and CEO of Bewakoof. The two-year old company will use the funds to enhance its R&D capabilities and will look to expand its team and brand investments. Pilgrim looks to offer native beauty traditions from around the world through its skin and hair care products. Its products are said to be completely vegan and free from toxins like paraben, sulfate and mineral oil.
