D2C skincare brand Asaya raises Rs.88-Cr from RPSG Capital, OTP Ventures, others

Bengaluru-based direct-to-consumer (D2C) skincare brand Asaya , owned by Wellspring Consumer Pvt Ltd, has raised INR 88 crore in a funding round from RPSG Capital, OTP Ventures, Huddle Ventures, Hyperscale Ventures, and 72 Ventures. The transaction, which includes a mix of primary and secondary capital, resulted in an exit for early angel investors.Asaya offers products such as MelaMe, a proprietary complex developed to reduce hyperpigmentation. The company plans to allocate approximately 20% of the newly raised capital toward research and development. The remaining funds will be used for product-line expansion, scaling its distribution channel, and increasing headcount.

Between Jun 2024 and Sep 2025, Asaya had attracted about $ 11 M from InCred Alternatives, Huddle Ventures, OTP Ventures, Sadev Ventures, RPSG Capital Ventures, Others.For FY25, Asaya had reported about INR 6 Cr in Operating Income and about INR 5 Cr in Net Loss.
