D2C sports nutrition brand Nutrabay raises $5-M from by RPSG Capital, Kotak fund

New Delhi-based D2C (direct-to-consumer) sports nutrition retailer Nutrabay has raised USD 5 million in a series A round led by RPSG Capital Ventures with participation from Kotak Alternate Asset Managers Ltd.The new funds will be used to expand the company's omnichannel presence and drive product innovation. Founded in 2017, Nutrabay offers products from over 100 brands alongside its own private label under the Nutrabay name. These are sold on its website, e-commerce platforms, and in offline supplement stores. The company aims to develop a horizontal brand spanning three categories: sports nutrition, vitamins, minerals, and supplements (VMS), and health food and drinks.
