Dalmia Nisus Finance exits from Puravankara's Chennai project
Dalmia Nisus Finance has exited its entire investment amount of around INR 50 crore in a project of Puravankara. The entire investment was repaid by Puravankara after it sold its 100% stake in the SPVs through which it owned the property to a third party. Dalmia Nisus had invested in the project through its Real Estate Credit Opportunities Fund – I (RECOF – I) in October 2020. The investment went into a plotted development spread across nearly 43 acres of land located near Chennai with a total sale potential of around 1 million sq ft.
