Data centre operator Sify Infinit to raise $4-B
Chennai-based Sify Infinit , the data centre subsidiary of Sify Technologies, intends to raise USD 4 billion over the next four years to finance the expansion of its capacity.Founded in 2017, Sify Infinit operates as the data centre arm of Sify Technologies. The firm plans to use internal cash flows to support a 10-20% growth in capacity initially, subsequently pursuing further expansion through debt, a public listing of the subsidiary, and follow-on institutional offerings.
Between Nov 2021 and Jun 2026, Sify Infinit Spaces had attracted about $ 205-M from Kotak Alternate and IFC.For FY25, Sify Infinit Spaces had reported about INR 1,428-Cr in Operating Income and about INR 126-Cr in PAT.
