Debt collection platform Rezolv raises $12.5 M led by Norwest

Mumbai-based Rezolv has raised USD 12.5 million in a funding round led by Norwest, with participation from Vertex Ventures Southeast Asia and India and existing investor 3one4 Capital.Founded in 2024 by Karan Mehta and Sonali Jindal, the co-founders of the digital lender Kissht, Rezolv provides an AI-native, full-lifecycle debt collection and recovery platform for banks and non-banking financial companies (NBFCs). Rezolv plans to use the new funds for research and development in artificial intelligence. Additionally, the company aims to expand its engineering, product, data science, and sales teams from 100 to about 175 employees over the next two years.

In Mar 2025, Rezolv Debt had attracted about $3.5-M from 3ONE4 Capital, Blume Ventures, Others.For FY25, Rezolv Debt had reported about INR 83 lakhs in Net Loss.
