Debt investment enabler Wint Wealth raises Rs.120-Cr led by Vertex Ventures
Bengaluru-headquartered Wint Wealth has raised INR 120 crore (approx. USD 13.3 million) in a Series B funding round led by Vertex Ventures, with participation from Unitary Fund, Eight Roads Ventures, 3one4 Capital, and Rainmatter. Vertex Ventures invested INR 77.52 crore, Unitary Fund contributed INR 18.7 crore, Eight Roads Ventures infused INR 13 crore, 3one4 Capital added INR 8.16 crore, and Rainmatter participated with INR 3 crore.Founded in 2020 by Ajinkya Kulkarni, Abhik Patel, Shashank Chimaladari, Anshul Gupta, and Vinay Dubey, Wint Wealth helps retail investors buy debt instruments like bonds. The company plans to use the new funds for capital expenditure and marketing.
Between Jan 2021 and Oct 2024, Wint Wealth had attracted about USD 21 M from LogX Ventures, Rainmatter Capital, 3ONE4 Capital, Arkam Ventures, Blume Ventures, Eight Roads Ventures, and others.
