Deepinder Goyal founded wearables seller Temple to fundraise at $500-M valuation

Delhi-based wearable company Temple is preparing for a new funding round at a USD 500 million valuation. Ahead of this transaction, the firm has initiated a partial Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) buyback at a USD 375 million valuation, allowing eligible employees to sell up to 25% of their vested ESOPs.Founded in 2024 by Deepinder Goyal, the company develops wearable technology focused on measuring metabolic and physiological health signals. Its flagship wearable is designed to provide continuous insights into the body's stress, recovery, and overall health through proprietary sensing technology.

In Feb 2026, Temple Wearables had attracted about $54-M from Dharana Capital, Info Edge, Peak XV Partners, Steadview Capital, and others.
