Defence-tech co. Beijan raises Rs.1.7 Cr led by AJVC

Hyderabad-based Beijan has raised INR 1.7 Cr in a pre-seed round led by AJVC. Founded in 2025 by Naman Kasliwal and Shiv Patil, the company upgrades existing military equipment into autonomous robotic and smart systems. Beijan’s software is currently deployed with formations under the Indian Army’s Southern Command, and the company claims to have received letters of intent from eight military units.The company plans to use the funds to further its development of plug-and-play navigation modules and computer-vision-assisted systems for legacy field guns.
