Delhivery acquire 4.75% more in warehouse automation player Falcon Autotech for Rs.52-Cr
Listed logistics unicorn Delhivery is acquiring an additional 4.75% stake in Greater Noida-based warehouse automation startup Falcon Autotech for INR 52.11 crore. Delhivery will acquire 84,528 shares of Falcon Autotech, valuing the startup at INR 1,097 crore. Post the deal, Delhivery's stake in the warehouse automation startup will increase to 39.33%.
