Kerala-based dental prostheses maker DentCare has received investment from ICICI Venture in lieu of a minority stake. o3 Capital acted as the exclusive financial advisor on this transaction. The funds will be used by the company for expansion.Founded in 1988 by John Kuriakose, DentCare Dental Lab is a manufacturer of custom-made dental prostheses. The company has a global presence in the UK, the UAE, Canada, USA, Australia and New Zealand.
