Diabetes startup Breathe Well-being raises $1-M from 3One4, others
Gurugram-based healthtech startup Breathe Well-being has raised USD 1 million in a pre-Series A funding round led by 3One4 Capital. Angel investors Sandeep Singhal (managing director, Nexus Venture Partners), Ashish Gupta (ex-MD, Helion Ventures) and Stanford Angels and Entrepreneurs India also participated. The firm has developed an app called ‘Breathe' that claims to help people prevent, manage and reverse type-2 diabetes. The company claims to have a clinically proven digital programme, which uses a personalised approach to help people with the disease reduce their blood sugar, lose weight, and eventually stop medication. Y Combinator had invested in the firm during its 2020 winter batch.
