Diagnostics chain Tenet raises $30-M from Tata Capital Healthcare Fund, Blue Earth Capital
Tata Capital Healthcare Fund (via Tata Capital Healthcare Fund III) and Blue Earth Capital have invested USD 30 million in Hyderabad-based Tenet Diagnostics . Veda Corporate Advisors acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Tenet Diagnostics and its shareholders.Founded in 2018, Tenet Diagnostics operates an integrated diagnostics platform with a network of over 35 radiology and pathology centers across 14 states and a pan-India B2B (business-to-business) laboratory network. The company provides over 3,000 superspecialty tests.Tenet plans to use the new funds to deepen its footprint across existing markets, strengthen its B2B network, and pursue acquisitions.
