Jamshedpur, Jharkhand-based Atypical Advantage , a livelihood platform for people with disabilities, has raised INR 2.63 crore in its first institutional funding round led by Next Bharat Ventures, backed by Suzuki Motor Corporation.Atypical Advantage combines technology, partnerships, and community-centric solutions to unlock long-term income pathways. The platform engages thousands of individuals with disabilities and collaborates with hundreds of corporate partners to drive inclusive hiring, accessible education, and sustainable livelihoods.The company plans to invest the capital in enhancing technology and accessibility, education and employment verticals, build core teams, and strengthen ecosystem programmes connecting persons with disabilities to dignified work, mentorship, and corporate opportunities.
